Scoring for this section is based on the organizations ability to provide at least three clear and specific outcomes with corresponding measures in which a relationship is shown between outcomes and measures.
Outcome 1: Participants experience spiritual growth.
Measure Used:
Attendance and participation at weekly accountablity group meetings is tracked.
Attendance at daily devotional classes is taken.
Outcome 2: Participants remain drug and alcohol free.
Measure Used:
Participants are given random drug screening tests and breathalyzer tests.
Outcome 3: Participants develop positive work ethics and work habits.
Measure Used:
Participants are given daily job functions and monthly reviews.
Outcome 4: Participants rebuild and restore relationships with family.
Measure Used:
Participants' visits with family and children and weekend passes to spend time spend time with family are scheduled and tracked.
Outcome 5: Participants without high school diplomas receive GEDs (general equivalency degrees).
Measure Used:
Participants take classes to prepare for the GED test and attendance is taken. GED test scores are tracked.

Scoring for this section is based on the organizations ability to provide clear, measurable, client-focused stages of change based on participant participation.
At Tabitha House, hurting women live in a safe, loving environment. Through counseling, educational opportunities, and job training, women are empowered to make permanent life changes. While living at Tabitha House, women learn to live a disciplined lifestyle based on Christian principles. They rebuild relationships with their children and families, and gain job skills and the life skills necessary to live independently.
The program is divided into three phases.
