Change Process: (self-reported)

A unique aspect of the FMS program is its commitment to a formation rooted in the Franciscan values, specifically based on solidarity to live and work with " the least of these my brothers and sisters."

During the three years of service our missioners change their personal and world view.

A unique aspect of our program is it includes the commitment of our missioners to participate fully in "reverse mission." That reverse mission involves them in the US Church and society by sharing their story, and evangelizing for a better world. In the spirit of Francis and Clare they work at global relationships by building bridges between peoples of the developed/ing and developing/ed worlds. Many of our missioners are transformed for life, and are commited to sharing their learnings.
