Our partnership with our local domestic violence shelter allows us to identify survivor families and provide them the opportunity to achieve independence and freedom with a home of their own. Genesee Coutny Habitat provides a 0% interest loan to the survivor family making their payment affordable, typically around $400 a month which includes taxes and insurance.
