Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
To address the problem of recidivism, the Plan to Prosper (PtP) Program helps newly released ex-offenders cope with the problems of their new post-prison enviornment by providing pre-release training and counseling, as well as a post release assistance network. By providing guidance in finding housing, employment, a church family, medical servicec, educational opportunities and renewing family relationships, recidivism is reduced.
