Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)

In a beautiful home-like setting, The Transformation Center (TTC) provides a safe restorative sanctuary for homeless women and children. Guests at TTC are provided food, clothing and shelter to alleviate their crisis. A playroom and outdoor playground offer a positive outlet for children, the innocent victims of their parents' circumstances. Each woman meets regularly with her case manager to assess her need and monitor the progress she is making within her individualized program plan. Referrals are made to other human services agencies that can assist in the overall care of each woman and child. TTC's long-term 12-step programs and counseling help women overcome their life controlling issues and learn skills to achieve successful independence. Gender specific classes help women address unique problems including overcoming addiction and abuse. Through their new identity in Christ, women have strength and wisdom to fulfill their God-given destiny through their new identity in Christ, as productive, healthy members of society.
