Heroes Subs, Catering with a Cause, is a non-profit social enterprise subsidiary of the Bread of Life Mission that offers food service training, employment referrals, networking with potential employers, housing referrals, and paid employment for program participants. Heroes Subs is a catering and sub sandwich business designed to meet the demand for a well priced, high quality catered lunch for downtown businesses and non-profit groups in Seattle.

Although all the steps in our complete recovery model are vital to an individual's recovery, the final stage-Heroes Subs serves as a life-building and life-skill training center for the men and women in their final phase of transitioning back to the community. Heroes Subs is a job and life skills training program that uses its catering business to implement skills learned.
