Change Process: (self-reported)

The lives of program particpants are changed by allowing them to remain independent in their own homes, giving them a sense of renewed hope as well as preventing isolation and loneliness. Participants are supported in their desire to remain independent in their own homes. Participants report that they feel a greater sense of independence and less isolation as a result of the services they receive. Social connections are encouraged and volunteers are supported in putting their faith into action.
