Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
Hosea Feed the Hungry’s (HFTH) Homeless Prevention Program’s purpose is to prevent homelessness and the termination of vital utility services. The programs’ comprehensive case management system includes reasonable guidelines for eligibility and client follow up procedures that provide a well rounded service experience. Through this program, our clients receive counseling, financial assistance, clothing, food, furniture, and school supplies. A 3-month follow up ensures the client is establishing self-sufficiency by remaining in their homes with full utility service.
