Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
Our North County Expansion project seeks to address the changing demographics of HIV/AIDS affected individuals and families by providing services (Care Teams and support networks) for communities in North Orange Coutny, CA. Specifically, we perform outreach and AIDS education in those areas, recruit and train volunteers to help us achieve our mission, and network with other AIDS services organizations to find people most in need of assistance.
