Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
The Program is taught by an experience mother. MOMS is available to expectant mothers and mothers with small children. MOMS offers life skills, basic computer knowledgebonding with mothers and babies, friendship and encouragement. Mothers receive vouchers for attendance to redeem for their needs. Mothers receive vouchers for transporting another mother to class, attending school,obtaining a GED or a job Door prizes and refreshments are available.
