Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
The program goal is to keep families connected to heat, water, and electricity without paying penalty and reconnect fees. In addition, with the aid of a mentor church, we would set a goal of no more than 50% of the clients receiving such support would NOT need to be assisted for at least 12 months following the first filled request for funds.
