Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)

To provide services and raise funds for the elderly to supplement and improve their well-being, fostering independent living for older adults, and to acquaint the public with the needs of these individuals in the Upper Cumberland region.

The HELP Program provides an opportunity for individuals to assist the elderly and disabled individuals to live indecently by placing volunteers in the homes of those who need assistance.
