Change Process: (self-reported)

Genesee County HFH family partners change with the restoration of hope with the fulfillment of their dream of homeownership. With homeownership we have also seen greater involvement in the community, our homeowners vote more consistently, attend religious services and school events more than they did when they rented. Our partner's children have better attendance records and have better grades than they did when their parent's rented. Our partners have learned to save, to fix and to maintain their homes.
