Change Process: (self-reported)

Many of the indigent man that we serve have addiction and mental problems. Many are estranged from their families and friends and are very lonely. They look to CityTeam as a caring and helping Shelter in the midst of a dark and dangerous world. Because we don't encourage the homeless lifestyle, we strongly encourage the men to enter our Second Chance Program and get the counseling they need. We really care about our clients, and many of our men treat CityTeam as their home and our staff as their family.
