No. To provide after-school care for disadvantaged children living in the St. John Community. Smart Start focuses on tutoring, recreation and Biblical study. Smart Start also works to connect Smart Start childrenÃs families with other components of Community New Start as a whole. Our goal is to meet physical, physical and educational needs of children in the St. John Community in a holistic and quality manner.
