Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
The philosophy of BWHC is rooted in Luke 4:18-19: “setting the captives free”. We seek to set people free--physically, spiritually, emotionally, socially--using the gifts and skills of staff and volunteer medical doctors, dentists, nurses, and social workers.
