Change Process: (self-reported)
Single mothers enter the program with significant problems that make them unemployable in other traditional businesses. The women are immediately integrated into the community through our daily morning fellowships, and they begin to acquire the skills needed to succeed in our business. They learn to care for each other and to strengthen their faith. Over the course of the program, the mothers gradually gain control over their career and home lives and move towards graduation into a better job in the community.
