Change Process: (self-reported)

The program participants change as they interact with caring, loving staff who model positive behavior and good character. The staff teach, in creative ways, lessons on positive character development and have small group discussions with their mentors. They also change as they receive help with their homework and are tutored in various subjects. They change by having a safe, nurturing place to come after school, where they can learn new things, be creative, build positive relationships, and learn to be responsible.
