Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
This program involves going to the streets where gangs, alcoholics, and drug abusers meet in order to offer them our services and provide them with concrete help according to their specific problem. It also includes community outreach and awareness, especially among parents and other groups and a weekly meeting for these people in an at-risk situation where they receive the tools they need to break their dependency ties to drugs, alcohol, gangs, or any other thing.
