Board Activities
- Formally reviews the performance of the chief executive officer at least once every two years.
- Formally approves the budget.
- Ensures that arrangements with outside fund raising firms are made in writing.
- Receives information about the financial arrangements with such firms and, if applicable, the anticipated portion of the gross proceeds that goes to the organization.
- Has formally approved a conflict of interest policy and regularly monitors it to ensure adherence.
- Receives, at least quarterly, the organization's financial statement.
- Receives, at least annually, an auditor's management letter and report.
- Convenes an audit committee.

Outcome 1
Successfully complete a 30 day candidacy stage by demonstrating a sincere desire and willingness to adhere to all requirements of the program
Measure
Evaluation Committee, which consists of the man's counselor, the Men's Ministry Director manager, and the supervisor.
Outcome 2
Successfully graduate 12 month program having completed all stages incorporated in program by demonstrating a change of behavior and character exhibited in the beginning

Through the process of being exposed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, biblical teaching, and using the “Celebrating Recovery” book, the man gradually changes the way he thinks about himself and others, and develops a healthy self-esteem, a positive outlook on life, renewed hope, and confidence in the future through Jesus Christ.
