Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
W.E.C.A.R.E. (Women Experiencing Change and Recovery Encouragment) offers professional counseling free of charge. It offers a highly individualized level of support to the women we serve. As women participate in a variety of learning opportunities and make progress toward their goals, they receive CARE CURRENCY, which is then redeemed for needed maternal and infant-care items in our Baby Boutique.
